"I am the type of person that really appreciates someone that cares about their job and does the most to help its clients with their endeavors. There have been many occasions when I have had to call Adrianna or message her with time sensitive insurance related needs and she has never let me down. In fact, there are times when she has what I need before a lender actually has made a request. I really like how responsive Adrianna is when I need insurance or for any other information related to insurance needs. In addition, I am the type of person that really likes having a business relationship with a personal touch, i.e. being immediately recognized when I walk in the door. Why is this important? Simply because it shows that a business and its representatives care about you and are invested in you. And yes, there are many other insurance companies and some with lower premiums in some cases. However there is nothing more annoying than to have insurance needs and to have to call some anonymous machine in some other state or country and then have to wait to see if a real person is available. Even if you happen to get a hold of a live person, that person does not know who you are, has no history with you and really doesn't care about you or your needs.......only your money. I like having the ability to call Joe Carbajal's office and be recognized. I also like the fact that I can drive over to their office and take care of my business in person. Again, there may be cheaper options when it comes to insurance, but the level of service can never equal what I have with Joe Carbajal's office."
